Ryan Anderson is a determined litigator, with experience in depositions, dispositive motion practice and hearings, case strategy, arbitrations, and trials. He is dedicated to providing effective, client-centered representation in a variety of matters including contract disputes, bankruptcy litigation, business torts, and employment issues.
Ryan’s trials/arbitration at IMcP include him performing direct-examination, cross-examination, trial briefing, and examination of experts.
Previously, Ryan was an associate at a national law firm and focused primarily on first-party and third-party insurance defense litigation, representing insurance carriers, companies, and individuals. That experience gave unique perspective that is invaluable for a Texas litigator – especially now, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
His pre-trial experience includes every facet, including taking/defending depositions, first-chair in discovery and pre-trial hearings, and developing case strategy.
Ryan was born and raised in Dallas, and has always been closely tied into the Dallas legal community. His background provides helpful perspective for clients.
